A few years ago Southern Pines was missing something...the fun and excitement of escape rooms. Jason and Kaisha Elphick decided that this had to be rectified so they created one of the most exciting places in the Sandhills: Southern Pines Escape (read about those two awesome humans here)! They nurtured it into a place where families, friends, and teammates can come to experience a live, interactive puzzle where creativity and curiosity are rewarded. As a veteran and female-owned business, Southern Pines Escape now has four exciting adventures for people to experience.

Kaisha and Jason moved to the United Kingdom in 2019 and SPE is now owned by Kat and Nick Cloutier. Kat is an Army veteran and military spouse, and she spends much of her time picking up where the Elphicks left off. They love the escape room and are excited to help their business evolve, especially after the tribulations of Covid.
